The client
Strategizer is a B2B SaaS strategy-execution platform. It helps CEOs, chief strategy officers and leadership teams connect corporate strategy to measurable execution: KPIs, initiatives and accountability.
The challenge
Strategizer wanted to expand its commercial reach across African markets, particularly Kenya, Rwanda, Ghana and Uganda. The challenge was not simply generating leads. It was establishing a repeatable go-to-market approach across countries with different business environments, decision-making processes and market relationships.
The company needed market-specific prospecting, clear buyer identification, stronger sales enablement and a structured way to develop qualified opportunities.
What Grovuu did
Grovuu provided fractional marketing leadership and go-to-market execution support:
- ICP and buyer personas targeting CEOs, chief strategy officers and enterprise leadership
- Account research and prospect identification across the priority markets
- Country-specific email and LinkedIn outreach messaging
- Prospecting sequences combining email, LinkedIn engagement and SDR calls
- Sales qualification criteria covering MQLs, SQLs and buying signals
- Sales enablement collateral, product messaging and one-pagers
- Demo preparation, sales training and a six-week enablement framework
- Partner and channel prospecting in selected markets
- Supporting strategic content, landing pages and thought leadership
The go-to-market model
The approach combined direct outbound, account-based prospecting and partner-led market development. Paid advertising was deprioritised in favour of targeted B2B engagement with enterprise buyers.
Who did what
Grovuu designed the outreach process, call cadences, qualification and demo enablement. The Strategizer team kept responsibility for sales conversations, product demonstrations, commercial negotiations, partnerships and closing.
What changed
Strategizer gained a structured, market-specific go-to-market operating framework instead of relying on generic international marketing. It now has defined target accounts, differentiated messaging, sales cadences, clearer qualification criteria and enablement tools for conversations with enterprise buyers.
The framework is already producing early results: a number of new opportunities, with meetings and appointments with target accounts.
